What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our deployment time has been reduced by 85% (from four hours to 15 minutes), our infrastructure costs are down 35%, and our system uptime has increased to 99.8%. We’ve also achieved 60% faster incident resolution and eliminated manual deployment errors entirely through automation.We use Grafana dashboards for real-time performance monitoring, Jenkins build reports for deployment metrics, and AWS Cost Explorer for infrastructure spending. We verify system uptime through PagerDuty incident logs and New Relic APM data. Obsio Solutions has set up automated monthly reports that consolidate all these metrics, making it easy to track improvements against our baseline measurements from before the migration.

They could improve on setting more realistic expectations for the training timeline and be clearer about which tasks require our team’s involvement versus what they handle independently. Their early documentation is sometimes too technical for our team’s skill level. A better initial assessment of our internal capabilities would help them tailor their approach more effectively from the start.

Have there been any unexpected challenges?

We’ve encountered legacy database compatibility issues that have delayed migration by two weeks, and our team has needed more training time on Kubernetes than originally planned. Initial cost savings have been lower than expected due to over-provisioned resources, though Obsio Solutions has helped us right-size everything within three months. There’s also been an unexpected production issue with SSL certificate configuration that caused a brief outage during launch.
