We intentionally limit ourselves to 3 to 5 active client partnerships at any given time. As a Teal (self-managing) team, we focus on deep immersion rather than high-volume project churning. You work directly with the senior developers and engineers building your solution—no bloated middle management or account managers diluting communication.
