Obdurate Systems builds custom software, workflow automation and AI integrations for businesses whose operations span ERPs, CRMs, inboxes, spreadsheets and internal tools.

Where AI is useful, we integrate it into a defined workflow: extracting information from documents, classifying incoming requests or helping staff find answers in approved internal sources. Validation, permissions and human review are designed around the task. When a straightforward integration or rule-based automation is the better solution, we use that instead.
