The style of the agency is the style of its Founder, which is very professional. You can tell that he spent many years in Harvard and working with many leaders.

The founder is a driving force, but what is most impressive is that he has built a culture of excellence. The team members bring a sense of dedication and commitment that is sorely lacking in the marketplace today. They set a high standard that any other PR firm couldn't replicate, let alone other vendors with whom we had worked.

I just want to work with them on more projects and look forward to the opportunity to engage them again. I would change nothing in terms of the business process.

BA Content has been very effective in terms of managing workflow between our team and theirs. Weekly meetings have been a critical part of that. I am always able to reach out with questions and Ben (CEO) and the rest of his team get back to me right away.

They helped us maximize the campaign's reach and were quick to create communications based on the latest developments. Most of all, Ben and Vicky were supportive throughout and it was easy to depend on them in terms of both strategy and delivery. No, I’m very pleased with them at the moment. We’ve only worked together for five months, but they’re so much better than what I had before. I like that they communicate with me at a clearly agreed time.

I have complete confidence in their ability to write content that matches our tone. They provide a monthly recap of all of the successful media we’ve had in the previous month. They measure the number of stories we’re featured in. There are very few publications in the industry, and they’re able to get us in those regularly. Since we’ve employed them, we’ve maintained a regular presence in all of the industry publications and been featured at least once a month in the needed magazines.

We prefer to have a meeting once in a month just so they share the results with us and that is totally fine for both sides.

They truly are a team of good people—they’re in it for the long run to get the best results. Rather than trying to nickel-and-dime someone, they work hard to find the right audience for our message. They guide the entire process from A to Z. They’re smart, creative people who know exactly what we’re trying to do.

In terms of deliverables, they do press releases and content campaigns as well as helping us create PR send-outs. We normally do 4–5 bigger send-outs per year. The team also works with the opinion leaders to make sure they’re talking about us.

All the projects that we’ve initiated with them have always run incredibly smoothly. Everything was always on time and executed to an amazing standard, too. We had biweekly meetings and spoke through Slack and email. If there’s an issue or if something comes up, their team has great communication.

Their professionalism, results, and the overall ease of working with them are impressive.
