They also generate graphics and copy for social media to help grow impressions and engagement, etc. Alongside coordinating with the press and spotting any opportunities that may arise, they have ensured that our networks are engaged.

The results have been very good. We continue to use them as our sole source for all things related to PR. We have noticed a boost in our reach due to invaluable marketing strategies suggested by team BA Content.

BA Content has been very effective in terms of managing workflow between our team and theirs. Weekly meetings have been a critical part of that. I am always able to reach out with questions and Ben (CEO) and the rest of his team get back to me right away.

They helped us maximize the campaign's reach and were quick to create communications based on the latest developments. Most of all, Ben and Vicky were supportive throughout and it was easy to depend on them in terms of both strategy and delivery. They communicate with me a lot and they got traction from their press releases when others couldn't.

No, I’m very pleased with them at the moment. We’ve only worked together for five months, but they’re so much better than what I had before. I like that they communicate with me at a clearly agreed time.

The account manager we were assigned was always timely in her responses, we also had a wonderful team of writers and checked in with us often. I was very impressed with all the team work ethic!

They did very strong work to earn us positive media coverage for our funding and product launches. One product launch earned 2x, another close to 3x the results.

At the beginning of each plan, they take the time to understand who we are and what makes us unique from others in our industry for our goal. They then create a roadmap for the messaging and who we should be targeting and then execute those plans.

I have complete confidence in their ability to write content that matches our tone. They provide a monthly recap of all of the successful media we’ve had in the previous month. They measure the number of stories we’re featured in. There are very few publications in the industry, and they’re able to get us in those regularly. Since we’ve employed them, we’ve maintained a regular presence in all of the industry publications and been featured at least once a month in the needed magazines.

We prefer to have a meeting once in a month just so they share the results with us and that is totally fine for both sides.

They truly are a team of good people—they’re in it for the long run to get the best results. Rather than trying to nickel-and-dime someone, they work hard to find the right audience for our message. They guide the entire process from A to Z. They’re smart, creative people who know exactly what we’re trying to do.

They’ve done a great job for us and the results speak for themselves, so I don’t have any areas for improvement.

I wasn’t a part of the initial scouting, though I know we met BA Content & PR through recommendations from other people we knew in the industry. Out of the 4–5 agencies we looked at, BA just seemed like they were the best fit for us because they had the most to bring to the table.

In terms of deliverables, they do press releases and content campaigns as well as helping us create PR send-outs. We normally do 4–5 bigger send-outs per year. The team also works with the opinion leaders to make sure they’re talking about us.

All the projects that we’ve initiated with them have always run incredibly smoothly. Everything was always on time and executed to an amazing standard, too. We had biweekly meetings and spoke through Slack and email. If there’s an issue or if something comes up, their team has great communication.

Their professionalism, results, and the overall ease of working with them are impressive.

That’s hard to say... I don’t think there’s anything they could’ve improved on given the circumstances.
