The measurable outcomes are consistency and quality.  The Nuclieos team shares our philosophy that on-time deliveries with quality solutions are what keeps our clients happy and growing.

As a staff augmentation provider the Nuclieos team fell directly into our standard SDLC processes and were onboarded to a productive level very quickly. The Nuclieos team also manages our resource pool proactively to make sure vacations, holidays, and other forms of PTO are covered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The cultural fit is rare. Having employed hundreds of developers and dozens of providers in my career I can tell immediately who has it together and who doesn't. Nuclieos cares about their team members and it shows. This provides for easy alignment and from every aspect their leadership has always gone over and above the call of duty to make sure our team is solid. Impressive top-to-bottom.

My name is Shahzad Syed, and I am the Head of IT at Al Siraat College, a K 12 independent school. I also led the project from the Al Siraat side.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nuclieos?

At Al Siraat College, we were looking for a long term software development partner to support both enhancement of existing systems and the development of new solutions. Our initial focus was improving our in house developed Online Enrolment Tracker application. The first version of the application helped automate parts of our enrolment process and addressed functionality gaps within our Synergetic student information system. It supported assessment workflows and decision making, with enrolment application data synced from the Synergetic online portal into the tracker for further processing. As our needs grew, we identified a clear set of requirements to enhance existing functionality and introduce new features, including enquiries and application, enrolment agreement creation and sign off, bulk processing of offers and declines, and improved handling of key enrolment milestones. Improving user experience, navigation, and the quality of information available to end users was also a key priority, so staff could act quickly and with confidence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nuclieos worked across the complete enquiry to admission process and delivered a well rounded solution that significantly improved visibility and control. Communication was standardised through professionally designed email and SMS templates, improving consistency and engagement with families. The dashboards were a standout, providing real time tracking of enquiry progress and clear enrolment projections to support confident decision making. From a delivery perspective, the solution has been rock solid, with a polished build, strong code quality, and proper testing standards throughout.

We are working with a core team of between two and five Nuclieos team members.

We found Nuclieos through personal contacts. The team’s pricing fit our budget, had a great culture fit, and offered good value for the cost. Additionally, I had direct personal professional contact with their CEO Mr Ali while working in Australia.

We started working with Nuclieos in December 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had a cracking experience working with Nuclieos. The team has From an Al Siraat College perspective, the experience with Nuclieos has been extremely positive. The solution has streamlined our entire enquiry to admission journey, providing full transparency and putting all critical information at our fingertips. Standardised communication and intuitive dashboards have significantly improved efficiency, consistency, and decision making across the enrolment process. Overall, the platform has given us greater clarity, confidence, and control.

How did Nuclieos perform from a project management standpoint?

Nuclieos project management approach has been professional and well organised. Our primary communication channels were virtual meetings, email, and messaging platforms, and communication was clear and consistent throughout.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What really sets Nuclieos apart for me is their team collaboration. Despite operating in an offshore model, coordination was seamless and communication was proactive. Clarifications and risks were addressed early and transparently. The team brought strong technical expertise backed by proven processes and best practices, and they were flexible and accommodating with ad hoc changes, which is exactly what we need in an agile environment. Nuclieos is highly professional, reliable, and genuinely easy to work with.

More overlapping working hours would be helpful. Working across Pakistani and Australian time zones can be challenging at times.
