We needed help implementing a cloud-based call center.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nubity provided onboarding, management, and implementation services for our call center. The team also handled local billing. Nubity configured the software and trained our staff on how to use it.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Nubity's work led to a proper implementation and correct functioning of our call center. We saw a 25% increase in customer satisfaction and the number of calls managed.
