What was the scope of their involvement?
Lapits provided complete development, support, and maintenance services for a new cryptocurrency platform, which has ICO’s as an option. Lapits extended their services to develop and maintain an instant Bitcoin exchange. The application also maintains users’s digital wallets for Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum and Ripple. They used JavaScript for development and MongoDB to manage the user and security sides. They also have insights for price solutions and financial data. Going forward, they’ll be developing a merchant-centric API to quicken payment processing and facilitate small commissions.

I found many people online and visited their offices and met people. Lapits seemed most professional and confident by far, they were welcoming the challenge and looked genuinely passionate about their work.

Their goal was to create a marketplace that sends part of the revenue to a DAO treasury which is then used to fund new creators. They also had to create an NFT contract and wesbite. This was all done on the ethereum blockchain. The NFT contract was not a basic one, it implemented a nodejs script to create generative art to order. Most other contracts have a collection stored in advance and simply assigns one randomly to a minter, our contract generates one each time the mint function is called.

The project is not yet launched so I would not have any statistics but deliverables were always completed in time and any delays were explained well in advance. They were very prompt in communicating and not closed off to changes and feedback.

I wish they didn't use Skype as it is just another app you have to keep track of but I 100% understand why they did it, it offers good utilty. Always prompt in communication and offering to take on challenges. When they did not know something they were very open to learn about it and implement it rather than making excuses. All timelines were followed...I mean I guess the best thing I can say about them is that I am taking the time out to fill this thing less than a month from my own launch simply because theyve done a good job.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Sometimes when we needed urgent changes, their people worked on a sunday (they didn't have to nor were they informed in advance).
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I think their dev time can increase their knowledge a bit in terms of latest trends and coding standards as well as tokenomics. While the last one may not necessarily be in their scope, I believe devs who understand the aim of their project can write the most efficient code.
