Novotny, Larash, Venters & Wolf, LLC (NLVW) is a limited liability company partnership whose name partners are licensed to practice as Certified Public Accountants.
Our firm is the outgrowth of a private practice started by our founder, Joseph H. Novotny in 1984. Mr. Novotny started his career with Coopers & Lybrand and was later appointed the County Auditor for Anne Arundel County, Maryland, a position he held for 28 years. During that time, he also built a successful private practice, was an organizer and president of many civic organizations, was co-founder of the Anne Arundel County Chapter of Certified Public Accountants, and was President of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
We are proud of our heritage and strive to uphold the same passion and dedication Mr. Novotny brought to his clients and profession. Our philosophy centers on providing total client service, the guidance and recommendations we provide are based on years of advanced training and technical experience. We are a firm of dedicated advisors who are passionate about solving clients’ problems and helping them achieve success in both their business and personal lives. As such, we continue to grow our portfolio of services to best meet the needs of our clients. Today, we are a firm focused not only on tax and accounting, but business advisory and financial planning as well.
