We have carried multiple projects with Novateva in the last couple of years, the first was a connection with multiple APIs for google sheets, it collects SEO data for URLs or keywords and populates the cells with performance metrics.

Another project was a form builder where each form created has customized features to interact with GPT - 3, GPT - 4, and Dall•e, to train each AI model under particular parameters for our clients where it was hosted in our own Google Cloud account as well as all the functions for the forms and builder behavior.

the form itself will provide input and output with the options to copy, reset, and generate similar results; for the image generator, they implemented a HTML canvas element to allow users to download the image.

Another project, was an internal data pull from Asana that can fill a sheet for our own internal reporting MOM and YOY. And we are currently working on a data extraction tool for GA4 and UA data into spreadsheets and Big Query for any property linked to a google email using python, google workflows, and the APIs.

they are very often on time, and in occasions where complexity has been greater than expected, they have been quite forward letting me know to adjust expectations. They have also been very flexible when it came to adjustments or moments to pivot the approach or process.

they are an above-and-beyond company, if they can provide an extra value along the way that is within project, they will, and if they see places of improvement, they will provide this information for a decision to move forward with them or not. Not many companies carry that at their core like Novateva.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Novateva could have done differently?

The main thing is to keep on learning and when they start bringing in more clients to be mindful of the team, I know it hasn't happened yet, but with their quality, I foresee that coming to happen soon, and I would recommend that they keep maintaining their value in their team.

The Novateva team had helped us in the past extensively with other internal software development, and we decided to hire them again for this bigger project. Their dedication and great work schedule were deciding factors.

The scope of work included developing a digital assets platform to manage portfolio accounts from wealthy individuals. It was developed in react native on AWS, monorepo and typescript.

There were 6-8 engineers involved at a given time, ranging from full stack to backend to frontend engineers.

We were able to complete the milestones set for the timeframe were the Novateva team was involved with the project.

Communication was smooth over Slack, and we used Jira as a task management tool where all the Novateva team was involved and took active roles.

Their dedication, seniority, and understanding of the product and technologies used were top-notch! Also their fast availability at a moments notice if we required additional resoures.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

More documentation would have been nice, but that is true for all the team not just Novateva.

Novateva collaborated with us in software development for a web and mobile app using React and React Native, as well as backend development using Django and Flask. Additionally, they performed testing services for the project. They delivered the Apps in time following the interface mockups and did a very good job on doing it with developing clean and readable code and good practices.

They also helped with the Backend using Django and Flask and with deployment services. They are a very complete team of developers.

They have a good organization internally given that they have worked together for a long time. They deliver the tasks in time with little or no supervision and responded well to minor changes of the interface, we had very specific Mockups of the app. In the Backend they asked the right questions and propose solutions that they faced before.
