Are there any areas for improvement or something NOVAON could have done differently?

While NOVAON's performance was commendable overall, there are a few areas where they could have improved or done things differently. One aspect that could have been enhanced is their communication transparency regarding project updates and progress. Providing more frequent and detailed updates would have helped keep stakeholders better informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. 

Additionally, while their responsiveness to our needs was generally good, there were instances where quicker response times would have been beneficial. Overall, focusing on refining communication practices and optimizing responsiveness could further enhance their service delivery.
