We looked for video production agencies in Bangladesh through google search. We reviewed 6 agencies and decided to proceed with Notionhive because of their quick turnaround, affordable price and personal team.

We started with a discovery meeting. They worked with us to understand our product before creating a script, storyboard and shortlisting the talent for the video. In the end, they delivered a 45 sec video that helped users in Bangladesh better understand Teachmint as a product. They also provided us with a shorter version of the video that we could use for social media ads and 10 images from the photoshoot that we had scheduled with the talent.

We worked closely with Wadod (Senior Executive, Sales & Partnerships) and Jamil (Senior Project Manager) who outlined the project and kept us on schedule. After each milestone, we would give them feedback and they would communicate it to their team. During the day of the shoot, they shared clips of each scene in our common whatsapp group, which allowed us to give instant feedback.

We launched the new video across all our digital platforms - Google, Youtube and facebook. The longer version generated a lot of engagement on social media.

All the tasks were smooth and found good professional commitment from them.  
• Phase 2: Developing Website: They designed the front end and backend both for our e-commerce website. With time, they also assisted us to optomize and do different add-ons in the website. The are continiously supporting us with the website as need basis.

Our ads performed well and the creative that Notionhive provided became the launching point for several other campaigns we executed over the course of 3 months. Notionhive was critical in setting us up for success for the rest of the year.

Notionhive has a dedicated project manager and that person is always available to answer questions and iterate on requests. The main communication tool is email but they also gave me their direct phone / whatsapp number and were available on a regular basis. On the ad design front they always delivered on time. One area of improvement would be to figure out how to turn around work faster when the time difference between the US and Asia makes it hard to do so.

The quality of their design and UI/UX chops are very good. The price at which they provide these services is almost unbeatable.

It would be great if they set up a Slack channel and be available on Fridays (understandable since Friday is a weekend holiday for them). Otherwise, great team to work with.

Notionhive came recommended in-network. They mocked up a sample website for us, which we loved, and had affordable and transparent pricing.

We had a kickoff meeting to discuss goals and themes, after which they presented us with a detailed mockup. We worked together to create wireframes of each page, which they built out for us in Figma to test. We created each section of the website over a few months, iterating as we went. The Notionhive team was very responsive to feedback, came with helpful suggestions, and delivered on time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have gotten a huge amount of positive feedback on our new web site, and it has enabled us to showcase our new commercial product for the first time. It has been critical in our ability to communicate important information to prospective customers.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

We had a joint Slack channel for immediate communication, and several email threads. The team was always responsive, despite the time zone difference, and was willing to get on early or late calls with us if something unexpected arose. They would proactively keep us informed of progress or any changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional site that fulfilled exactly what we needed and then some. They also took the time to teach us how to edit certain elements ourselves, which was important to us. We were impressed with their speed, professionalism, and the cost of the overall project. We now work with them on a retainer basis for add-ons to the website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were a few minor errors or oversights at the beginning, but they were quick to fix them.
