Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Not Another was given a brief to create a new logo for The Marketing Club that was going to capture the friendly, positive and youthful vibe of the community within the club and those we want to attract. We had a fairly tight timeframe to work to and a few rounds of feedback included given the committee of 10. 
The new logo needed to work on website, social media, linkedin and slack as our core channels and needed to help us stand out in what has been a fairly competitive landscape.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increased Brand Recognition: With the new, striking logo already shared amongst The Marketing Club community and on social, we've seen 15 conversions in the first hour as well as over 200 follows on our LinkedIn page who are excited about the new look and feel of the community. It also helps us feel more accomplished and professional. I am now excited to get branded assets for future events.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Mark and Adrien were great. They communicated clearly on the scope of work that was being done, timeframes to stick to and when I could expect first round of drafts, feedback and finals etc. They were also extremely understanding and accepting of feedback. With 10 marketing professionals giving feedback who deeply understand brand, it was a pressure-filled task but they absolutely nailed it and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs anything brand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When I met with Adrien and Mark, it was refreshing to hear that they take the faff and fluff out of creative projects with their no-BS approach that delivers real-world business impact, beautifully. I also loved that they exist to drive positive change for people and the planet through creativity. 
This aligned with my personal values and made me feel like they work they were doing for this project and in general genuinely matters. They definitely aren't like most agencies - they are better!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Not Another™ could have done differently?

On my end, I could have provided a clearer brief to make the work easier around expectations or explanations - but they guided me through this gracefully and with understanding which was super appreciated as I may understand marketing and brand, but it can be intimidating to verbalise an idea in your head and I am grateful for them helping me throughout the process
