Description

The goal of the application was to determine whether candidates were suitable for a store floor position by using a digital dexterity test, knowledge tests, and a handwriting test. To support this, a neuroathletics trainer was consulted.

Solution

An application was developed for the Microsoft Surface Tablet, accompanied by a web-based dashboard for the HR department. The solution is used internationally at three locations and is hosted and maintained by the development team.

Impact

The software solution has doubled the number of applicants per recruitment phase. Each location now conducts well over 1,000 runs of the digital recruitment test annually. The results can now be compared with high accuracy across locations and over time.
