I came to NorthLight's Marketing / AI Infused Mastermind wearing two hats, as a university professor and as the founder of the Women in Biz Network, and I wasn't sure how AI training built for one would translate to the other. It translated to both, easily. The training itself was practical and genuinely fun, which isn't something I expected to say about an AI program.
My knowledge of AI-assisted implementation workflows has grown enormously since joining. But the bigger win for me was the community. This isn't a course you take alone. It's an ongoing group of people figuring out the same problems in real time, and some of the relationships I built in that room have turned into real mentorships, advisory relationships, and genuine friendships.
That's not something I expected from an AI program, and it's the reason the learning has actually stuck and compounded rather than fading after the sessions ended. If you want AI training that's actually built for real, ongoing practice, not a one-and-done workshop, this is it.

Increased knowledge of AI-assisted implementation workflows. Built an ongoing peer network of mentors, advisors, and collaborators through the mastermind. Applied AI training directly across two distinct roles: university teaching and business network leadership.

Susan is always on top of our goals and follows up and is always providing the latest in AI insights and research as well as new tools and business developments that help me run my business which has grown substantially since being involved in her AI mastermind

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The support that they provided was highly personalized and very niche. I haven't come across anything like it and it has made a big difference in my confidence level and overall well-being as a business owner. I've also been able to use it in my university teaching. It's really important to be on top of the latest AI and digital marketing strategies as an educator.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Northlight AI could have done differently?

I can't say that there's anything I would change not only do we meet online, but we also meet in person. I feel like my confidence and overall sense of well-being as a business owner has improved since collaborating on a frequent basis with Susan.

When I came into NorthLight's AIPC mastermind I'd been using AI extensively in my branding and web design work. I knew it was powerful, and I knew I wanted to better understand workflows and builds for my my business and my clients. Susan has a rare ability to look at what you're already doing and help you see the structure in it. Since the program, I've launched AI workshops, built out my own AI tools and systems as a new revenue stream and built internal AI tools that have meaningfully refined how FeiModern delivers branding work. Neither of those would have happened as fast - or as clearly - without the coaching and the cohort. If you already have AI instincts but feel like you're not fully capturing the value of what you know, this is the program that helps you close that gap!

Launched AI workshops, tools and platforms as a new revenue stream. Built internal AI tools to refine FeiModern's branding process. Moved from informal, intuitive AI use to a positioned, monetizable AI practice with clear client offerings.

Susan was a really great communicator, extremely knowledgeable and always answered all of our questions. She was very informed with all the latest AI updates especially with things rapidly changing in the AI landscape. When she didn't know the answer to something, she would make sure to get us the answers asap. Every session hosted was highly informative.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Susan is exceptional at what she does. She has an incredible depth of knowledge about what's happening in the industry, so whenever I had a question, I always knew exactly who to turn to. That level of expertise really stood out to me. What impressed me even more was her ability to explain complex concepts in a way that is so easy to understand. She has a real gift for breaking things down and making them approachable. I was especially fascinated by her thought process when it came to building AI platforms and tools. The way she thinks about creating context, structuring prompts, and guiding us on how to communicate effectively with AI to get the results we wanted was incredibly insightful. Honestly, there were so many moments where I found myself wondering how her brain works. The depth of her thinking, combined with her ability to teach it so clearly, was something I truly appreciated and admired.

 Everyone's talking about ai. Everyone's playing around with ai, but how many of us are actually utilizing AI to the fullest potential?

That's a critical question to answer, and whether you're a solopreneur or you are the founder of a small team, you need to figure that out. But what often happens is that when founders and solopreneurs try to integrate AI into their environment, it has no coherent strategy and it's kind of a mishmash of all sorts of things.

Sometimes it can be completely overwhelming, where you don't know where to start, so if that describes some of the problems that you're facing, then I would highly recommend that you connect with Susan Diaz and join the Marketing Power Circle.

So what that program does, and Susan facilitates it, it allows small. Team founders or solopreneurs to get really focused on the key things within AI that's gonna pay big dividends within their business. It's a cohort format program.
