Northlight Advisory Services is a fractional COO and AI advisory practice based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, founded by Elizabeth Lemoine. We work with small and mid-sized businesses to integrate AI into their day-to-day operations — reducing manual work, improving output quality, and building infrastructure that scales without burning people out.
Our approach is hands-on and practical. We don't sell AI strategy decks; we build the systems, run the pilots, and stay until the work is actually working. Northlight has shipped three production AI tools — Northlight Vault, Northlight Meetings, and Northlight OS — each with published case studies demonstrating what real AI implementation looks like in a small organization.
