We needed a website that also allowed us to take orders online. We also needed to establish our social media.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our revenue tripled in just 4 months. People loved being able to skip the fees from the delivery apps. We only charged a small fee for delivery and people loved that.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Everything was done either on time, or much earlier than needed. We needed very few adjustments after the first time we were given access to the prototype. We only had to tweak some of the language and names in our food items. We also changed a few photos, my daughter is a professional photographer and was able to take new photos. They changed them all out without charging us more!
