North Star IT Solutions is a managed IT and security services provider based in Northglenn, Colorado. We have supported small and midsize businesses along the Front Range since 1992, working with organizations across the Denver metro area, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins.

Our clients are ordinary businesses — professional services firms, contractors, financial and legal practices, property managers, manufacturers, and public entities. Most run between 5 and 300 computers, and the majority sit in the 25 to 60 range: large enough that IT failures cost real money, not large enough to justify a full internal IT department.

We provide two primary models. Fully managed IT covers everything — help desk, network and server management, cloud services, backup, and security monitoring — for organizations without internal technical staff. Co-managed IT works alongside an existing IT person or team, covering the specialties and capacity they don't have.

Security runs through both. That includes endpoint and network protection, access controls, email security, user awareness training, continuous threat monitoring, and tested backup and recovery. For clients with regulatory or cyber insurance requirements, we handle the technical controls and the documentation that goes with them. Compliance is a capability we bring, not a filter on who we serve.
