We work on three fronts. Strategy and operations: marketing strategy with numbers, a unified customer database (CRM), loyalty programs with digital stamp cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, email marketing and win-back campaigns, and brand partnerships. Autonomous agents: AI agents that answer, qualify and sell on WhatsApp and Instagram 24/7, plus automation of bookings, reminders and lead follow-up. Digital positioning: social media content and UGC, Meta ads with A/B testing measured in sales, Google Maps and local SEO, and visibility in AI search such as ChatGPT.
