Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of NOVA AI SOLUTIONS sp. z o.o. – the company which requested the funding for aITrader project in 2012.

For what projects/services did your company hire NoProblem AI?

We hired the noproblem.ai team for two purposes – former they had been instructed to make a technical project analysis and description that has been used for funding purposes as well as a backbone to project’s roadmap. Later noproblem.ai had a leading role in AI core development and deployment.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this particular vendor basing on business’ partner referral. Proposed costs and team presented experience in area of ML/AI assured us in this choice.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project’s aim was to develop and implement online tool that would be able to learn the users’ investment behavior and imitate their choices in future to act as an advisor for future investment movements. The idea was to observe the decisions market environment (on the basis of technical indicators) and finding patterns that are repeating in the future. The first stage of the project was to prepare company to the process of funding. In this case we need the noproblem.ai’s help to prepare the business/technical analysis and technical description of the solutions. Second stage was to develop and deploy the desired machine learning core to act as a crucial part of the whole app.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

During the project we worked with three professionals in total. That includes one project manager who acted as a business analyst as well and two developers skilled in ML applications.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First success was to obtain funding for our project in sum of 200k EUR. The second success was to successfully implement the aITrader app and meet all of fund’s requirement as well as our business requirements.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our cooperation in overall was very smooth and straightforward. We noticed almost none delays and quality of the work was satisfying.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The stakeholders of their company have broad technical and business knowledge in the industry and act a very active role in consulting over project’s area as well as in implementation process. This makes the impression that the work is performed with special care.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t say a negative word about noproblem.ai. Just to keep up the good work they do.

I am the CTO of Lumine Psychology Solutions sp. z o.o. – the company which held the Lumine project from the stage of funding to market introduction.

We hired noproblem.ai as a one of development team responsible strictly for implementing the ML core of Lumine project. In addition they helped us to prepare the technical description of the project for funding purposes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We used to work with noproblem.ai with one of our stakeholders’ project and basing on the overall good impression they made, and also on decent contract terms they proposed (cost and team experience fit our expectations).

One of the crucial elements of Lumine project was to create the MVP of a prediction engine that could gather the information about patients behavior and their mental status (basing among the others on the data from predefined forms and exercises) and giving insight about any kind of patterns present in this data. This kind of insight would be used to aid the psychotherapists decisions on tools and procedures they need to use with particular clients and on the other side – it would be helpful for clients themselves to get deeper information about causes of their feelings and mental health.

During the project we worked with four professionals in total. That includes one project manager who acted as a business analyst as well and two developers skilled in ML applications and a quality assurance engineer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The MVP of ML engine for Lumine project was implemented into production app and now it’s helping us to gather the second round of funding that is based on more sophisticated use of ML alghoritms.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Work with noproblem.ai is a pleasure from technical perspective as well as in soft-skills relations. These guys have deep knowledge about their area but also lead the project in a way that even a non-technical people could cooperate with them without any problems.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

An ability to adapt themselves to fast changes in project’s scope. Their agile approach and very short decision path allowed them to quickly adapt to any kind of challenge.

Nothing particular.
