Nomad AI is an AI consultancy and adoption company in Dublin, Ireland. We help businesses work out where AI actually fits, train their people, write the AI policy, and build the software.
What we do: operational audits that map the workflows, handoffs and hidden bottlenecks across a company and show exactly where to act; team training programmes (Skillnet-supported); strategy and advisory, including AI governance and EU AI Act readiness; and custom builds, from workflow automation to bespoke AI tools.
We are model-agnostic across Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini and do not resell AI seats. Clients range from ten-person firms to manufacturers with more than a thousand staff, across Ireland, the UK and the EU.

Our Story
Nomad was founded in Dublin in 2025 by three co-founders who kept watching AI projects stall for reasons that had nothing to do with the tools: people, policy, data and systems. We work all four fronts at once. Twelve Skillnet networks, 1,000+ people trained across 60+ organisations, and custom systems still running in client businesses months later. We do not resell AI seats and we are not tied to any one model vendor.
