Their team then developed a tailored SEO strategy, focusing on enhancing our visibility in organic searches and improving our rankings on Google. Throughout our engagement with NKR Creative, the results were tangible and measurable.

One of the most striking results was the increase in organic traffic to our website. We tracked this through Search Console and Google Analytics and saw a significant rise in the number of visitors arriving via organic search. This improvement was directly linked to the implementation their SEO strategies. 

It was gratifying to see more people discovering our products organically, which was a primary goal of the project. Throughout the project, they provided us with regular, detailed reports that allowed us to see these changes in real time. 

Their transparency in reporting and the tangible results we observed made it clear that their efforts were yielding real benefits for our business. The increase in organic traffic and improved search rankings were definitive indicators of the project's success.

In terms of responsiveness, NKR Creative was really good. They were not just quick to respond but also proactive in addressing our needs and queries. This level of attentiveness was particularly valuable to us. 

However, there was a minor instance where a report was delayed by a day due to an internal miscommunication. It was a small oversight and promptly rectified, and it didn't impact the overall progress of the project. Their flexibility in adapting to changes also stood out. 

We had instances where adjustments were required, and they were quite accommodating, making necessary changes efficiently.

This aligned perfectly with our brand values and was instrumental in building a trusting relationship.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NKR Creative could have done differently?

The onboarding phase, though thorough, felt somewhat overwhelming at times. As someone not deeply versed in SEO, the amount of technical information and the number of strategic choices presented were a bit daunting initially. 

While their team was certainly knowledgeable and eager to provide detailed explanations, a more simplified, step-by-step introduction to the process might have been more beneficial, especially in the early stages. 

Streamlining this process to make it more accessible for clients who may not be as familiar with SEO could enhance the client experience. 

Additionally, while their communication was generally excellent, there were a couple of instances where the technical jargon used in their reports and updates was quite complex. 

Simplifying the language or providing a summary in layman's terms could make it easier for clients to grasp the nuances of their SEO efforts and the impact on the business.
