Elit-Web approached Nixtio (former Nikitin Team) with a few requests:

1. Revamp the branding. We required a new Brand Kit to efficiently convey our company’s mission statement message as it was clear that the old one become outdated and delivered inferior results. 
2. Redesign the website. Our old website needed a complete overhaul. With the help of the newly created Brand Kit, Nixtio was to give it a modern look by implementing the latest design trends into the website design.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen significant progress towards increasing website traffic, acquiring more customers, and raising brand awareness.

Each request was broken down into manageable milestones. For the branding, they provided us with the brand kit after sharing all the necessary details. The website design was delivered in two phases. For the UX/UI phase, they first created two slightly different concepts and then we moved from one to the other, depending on which style we liked best. Each chunk of work included two feedback iterations, which was sufficient to achieve the desired result. 
The development phase took approximately as long as the design phase. Overall, it was comfortable to work with Nixtio. Each milestone was delivered within a reasonable timeframe. We did not have to worry about the project as their manager updated us when the work was ready for review.

We had an old website, so we brought in Nixtio Digital Agency. We aimed to update the site and make it more modern and attractive.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve looked through our product and initial website to understand how our system works. Nixtio Digital Agency has been responsible for UX/UI design on our website, product, and blog. They’ve also designed promotional screens for different marketplaces where our plug-in is located. Figma is being used for the designs, and WordPress for the development. 

The team has also been developing our customer dashboard and checkout page. Any time we have a new feature, product, or animation, we use Nixtio Digital Agency’s services.

We’ve been so impressed with their work that we’ve brought Nixtio Digital Agency in for ongoing services. We’ve been very satisfied with their work overall. 

How did Nixtio Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Our project manager is responsible and responsive, and we have a great developer. The team is communicative and ensures that we’re on the same page. The initial cost was slightly underestimated, but we don’t think that’s their fault. We didn’t include some of the work in the initial scope, so those mistakes were on our end. Everything is delivered on time. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Nixtio Digital Agency is pleasant to work with, and they consistently exceed our expectations. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they could take on programming for applications. That might be out of their scope and on purpose, but we would appreciate it if they could provide the design and implementation.

Don’t hesitate to deliver your expectations and vision because they are very open to communication. Even if you think you might have already mentioned something, mention it again because they don’t get frustrated, and you’re not bothering them.

We looked for a design agency that has a good price-quality ratio. We collected some references and recommendations. After receiving a couple of proposals we decided to start to work with NIKITIN Digital due to their reputation and positive feedbacks from their clients. After the team provided its initial project plan and estimates, the project progressed to plan. NIKITIN Digital met every target we set. The project was completed on time and to a very high standard of work.

I am the CEO and co-founder of a veterinary health platform. We’re a communications platform for veterinary clinics so that they can provide virtual services to their own clientele.

We were looking for UI/UX design help for our platform.

NIKITIN Digital provides UI/UX designs for our mobile app. They designed all of the user screens for our apps. Their team was responsible for all illustrations and icons on both the pet owners and the veterinary side. 

Our teams are currently working on a second project together. They are designing our website for us.

I found NIKITIN Digital on Dribble after extensive research. One of the reasons we sought out NIKITIN Digital is because of their impressive website. They also had experience in designing pet-related graphics. I was intrigued by their design, as was the rest of our management team, so we decided to work with them. He also responded to me in less than 10 minutes and immediately set up a all.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement began in January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We just completed the first project a few weeks ago. Our in-house team handles all engineering, which they’re working on now. We’re planning on launching officially in a month and a half.

Our investors were very impressed by the designs. They loved the modern and professional feel. We have also gotten early feedback from clinics and pet owners. Everyone has been happy with the designs.

How did NIKITIN Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Our teams communicate via WhatsApp. We also interact with the designs and provide feedback through Invision, which was a very efficient process. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are very communicative and quick to respond. NIKITIN Digital works to understand their customers and what they want. They dove deep into every single deliverable and asked multiple questions to made sure they understood properly.

No, I’m super happy with their work.

I'm one of the three founders of a gaming company creating a new gaming product focused on the social and entertainment experience.

NIKITIN Digital was hired for the design for our project. Over 40 pages were needed to be designed in this project, and each page came out to perfection, with every update we asked for.

This is our first time working with any design company so despite our inexperience the NIKITIN Digital team was super patience with us in getting the quality of work we desired.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal for this project was to make the pages easy to use, and stand out. Our ideal outcome was to create high customer interest in our new product. Having the perfect design is one of the many factors we needed to have a hot new product for the market.

We first found out about NIKITIN Digital through word of mouth. The people who referred us were very satisfied with their product from Nikitin, as were we. Looking for a designer is quite challenging, but having Nikitin Digital on the team made this whole process very easy.

After having a good meeting with the owner of NIKITIN Digital we knew we were in good hands and decided to go with them.

Our team discussed with Nikitin Digital of what we were looking for, and with our first installment we were already shocked with the results of how it was already looking.

Later on in the other installments, we had edits that we wanted to change, and their team gave us exactly what we asked for. All of the results were done in a timely manner, and kept up with all responses despite the time difference.

The three of us all connected with the Nikitin team to discuss what we liked, and the designers helped build off of our thoughts. We worked with the owner of Nikitin and their project manager Jenna. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend working with her.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although we paused this project early due to a new opportunity, we may decide to use the high quality designs made for us by Nikitin Digital in the future if we return to this project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Although our side of the team had to pause the project early, Nikitin Digital provided us excellent quality and professionalism. We were completely satisfied with everything that the Nikitin team has provided us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The response time. Our timezones were complete opposites with the Nikitin team, and although our responses got to them a few hours later, we had a complete response ready by the time our side of the team woke up.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Realistically, there weren't really any complaints that we had with their team. All of the images provided to us were exactly what we were expecting, the edits were what we asked for, and we are forever grateful to meet such a great design team.

A small company of five people who decided to create their own startup in the IT field. My position is product manager.

We hired Nikitin Digital for iScanner project. It is a helpful app for a smartphone, which will help to scan, collect, and share all texts or pics with your friends and colleagues.

What were your goals for this project?

Since there are many similar applications already, the goal was to make a cool and memorable design with which we could get into the top five search results on request "scanner app" within three months.

SOLUTION

How did you select NIKITIN Digital?

Nikitin digital was recommended to us, but we didn’t want to hire only by recommendation and therefore we went on Dribbble and started looking for amazing designs and their performers.

The search was not easy as there are a lot of good quality designers and works. After all, we stayed at 7 studios and then talked with each one for a month to agree on the common understanding of what we needed and budget. As a result, there were two studios left and the decisive factor was still good feedback from colleagues.

After we voiced our wish for the product and showed an example, the guys took up the preparation of the technical task that we agreed on the first time. After that Nikitin Digital started making user flows and they offered us two options. One according to our wishes and the second is its own supplemented version. Of course, we chose the Nikitin Digital's option because it was really better and some of the proposed features were very cool.

It took 3 weeks to compose the technical task and the user flow. After we chose their version, the guys started making prototypes. We reviewed and tested them in the invision program. The prototypes took another 7 weeks.

Then they got down to design. A week later, we were offered three design concepts for the main screen and two additional ones. If we were offered only one option, we would have accepted it the first time, but since there were three and each of them is cool in its own way, we began to improvise and combine designs.

The team was very patient and understanding about our edits. As a result, after another three days we had a finished design concept. The rest of the time the guys made the rest of the screens of the application, showed progress when the new five screens were ready.

What was the team composition?

The connection was carried out by the project manager, but sometimes the calls were also attended by the art director and the designer himself. As it turned out, there were a couple designers on the project, UX designer who build a user flow and prototypes for us and UI designer who directly did current view of our app.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As it turned out, our plans to reach the top position during the first three months were far from reality and the reason was not in design, but in marketing and advertising after launch. But the app made a profit within the first two months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We talked with the manager on Skype, we agreed on milestones and moved according to them. Communication was easy, the team understood the tasks perfectly. But there were moments when some of Nikitin Digital’s employees dropped out of the workflow due to illness and the deadline for the delivery of the project shifted.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The guys are truly cool specialists, since we came to them with only one idea and an example of an application that we liked, but it was unfinished and we did not know how to improve it. The Nikitin Digital did everything themselves. They offered us solutions and more functionalities than we had planned.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We understand that our task was rather big and difficult, but we had expectations that the project would be completed before the agreed time, but in the end it was even slightly delayed. But we are more than satisfied with the product.

I wanted to have a great design for a new app that I wanted to build. So I worked out the concept via sketches and some documents and NIKITIN turned it into a fantastic design.

What were your goals for this project?

To have this great design for a new app. A fantastic UX and design was the goal and I think the team nailed it. They thought along and also came up with some great ideas.

I was looking on Dribbble and found some interesting designs. After doing some research I even found more designs and all of them belonged to NIKITIN. I reached out to them and they were very willing to work together. I liked the communication, it was fast and to the point.

The project was to design a way how users can connect, and team up to sport together. It's about different features: creating teams, take up challenges and get rewards. It had to be a wholesome app, so that everything that's in there can be found very easily.

I provided the functional details, where the team delivered some actual designs for. Sometimes it was perfect immediately, other times we had to adjust it a little bit. But the quality was very good.

What was the team composition?

I was communicating with a Project Manager, and he discussed our things with the designer. I liked that a lot. At some point one designer was ill, but he was replaced and back on the feet quickly afterwards.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Not yet. The designs I'm really happy with! At this moment I'm building the app to make sure everything works as expected. I hope to have the app ready within 1,5 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Every time there was a new design I got a link to the design proposal. That was in InVision. An easy tool to see how the designs look like and give feedback. Besides that we did email a lot, and that was very effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quality of the designs and the amount of work. So I had quite an extensive app, and every screen has been designed with a beautiful logo to top it up. The completeness and willingness of NIKITIN to deliver something are what I was really happy with.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I honestly cannot think of any improvement that could have made my experience better.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With a brand new design and well-calibrated landing page, we have literally boosted the business and showed it in a new representation, which consistently increased the average lid amount per day.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Yet, we had a challenge at the beginning to combine two different points of view from two different experienced sides. Since both of our companies have their own vision of the digital design-look, after some negotiation we implemented our vision with help of Nikitin's Team experience.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Perseverance and commitment to the project. At first, we were worried that relying only on the experience of another company will bring us too far from our own vision.

Only for some time, we have completely given ourselves to the professionals' hands, and we do not regret our choice now.

Since the design has a tendency to get outdated with time, we are aware of the fact that one day it should be refreshed. So we standing on the point to keep good relation with Nikitin and will rely on their experience whenever it needs.
