Myself Bharat Pandya Partner - Maxsure Infocom Solutions LLP. We are into the business of Fintech Industry precisely into the business of EdTech and Services and also developing tools for algorythmic trading.

We wanted to develop an infrastructure which can be integraed with brokers to execute the trades along with bulit in analytical engine to trade stocks, commodities, currencies and crypto.

Knowing them through some personal contacts. Started with some small projects and got great success.

Wanted to develop stock analytical and execution infrastructure which is also able to flash alerts on social media and communication channels. Developing the same using Python.

By now we have reached to the stage where we are confident that project will be finished in time and with the desired results.

They're always eager to help solve our problems and many a times they do their own research to support my project.

Actually it is a kind of project which is to be done differently ....so what ever is done it is done differently!

I'm the Owner. We are a residential complex construction company.

We have multiple residential complexes in India. We needed a software solution that met our requirements related to tracking late rents, maintenance, complaints and pending tasks related to all of the projects in one place. We chose nisha infotech to help us with this.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have selected 3 companies. Nisha Infotech was the first company to create a MVP and share with us in just 2 weeks time span. They displayed a very detailed oriented understanding of our requirements and were cost effective.

They had assigned a UI person, 3 devs and a manager for our projects. They used django for back end and front end. after initial discussion and MVP, they confirmed the UI and flow of the application with us. they had a weekly sprint to keep us updated on the progress of the project and adhered to their month plan. we had two people team testing the updates on daily basis to provide the feedback on the changes. overall, they were very efficient in sticking to the time plan we had discussed and agreed to.

they had 1 UI developer. 3 devs which they said were python developers who specialize in Django framework and a manager to oversee the entire project and keep all stakeholders upto date on the progress of the project. the UI guy was used only in first couple of the weeks.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

we were able to quickly move from pen and paper format, whatsapp groups to a central system to keep a track of all the operations related to our business. they helped us increase our efficiency and turn around time since now we were able to track things better. we are now currently working with incentive module for our employees with Nisha Infotech as next stage of development.

The Nisha Infotech team was open to suggestions and detail-oriented. their sprint calls were always good. they were able to achieve their goals in the timeline decided. When we requested a change in one of the modules ,they were very accommodating of our request but were very clear that this would take additional time and effort and that we should expect a delay in completing that weeks work. we used skype and whatsapp for communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

it looked like they always had an internal call before our meetings. this way everyone was on a same note and they were very clear on what is done, what needs to be done and the timelines related to it. they were always available on skype and whatsapp if required.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

they met my expectations and I'm happy with the way things turned out.

We wanted to develop a mobile app using which we could assign and track their workouts. We also wantwd to provide and track diet plans of our customers uaing the app. We approached nisha Infotech to create an android app for this purpose.

Nisha infotech is one of the best solution provider in Ahmedabad and they had the expertise that met our requirements.

Scope included creating an api service usi g django rest framework and an android app using react.

• A senior python developer

Our client interaction has improved by a large extend.

The used skype for communication and had a daily stand up call to update us on the progress and issues on daily basis.

Their ability to understand our requirements and ensure our vision is met in terms of UI implementation. They were also able to deliver on time whicb was another highlight
