The extent of the project was very wide and the allegations against NipsApp were the design and development of a fully explorable virtual city inside of a Metaverse environment, including a multiplayer mode, customizable rewards, and the existence of social masses of people in real-time, and NFT-supportive assets so that it is then scaled up. Moreover, they built the backend architecture of the world, multi-device optimized it, collaborated closely with our creative division to maintain uniformity in the brand. Their products included the overall 3D environment design, the interactive gameplay aspects, and an image-perfect integration of their products with our community tools.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The end product was beyond our anticipations, and the online community engagement strategy quickly placed the virtual world established by NipsApp at the center stage.  Players could easily connect and events did not go askew and our partners found the refined and immersion in the experience were really good. More than aesthetic, the landscape was by nature stable, secure and flexible enough to suit our long term content plans.

The milestones were also well spelt out, frequent updates were given and even when off-hours come and critical phases of testing required urgent input, they would be responsive. Deliveries were accurate and all features worked after deployment. Cooperation with them was an in-house commitment rather than an outsourcing agreement; they had a keen interest in our vision to the latter.

They did not simply follow instructions, questioning ideas where warranted, provided better suggestions and honing to a pinpoint all the details to fit the larger picture. Their approach was all craftsmanship or ownership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NipsApp Game Studios could have done differently?

Assuming that any area of improvement had to be mentioned, the process of extending their documentation in case of large scale handovers would have to be mentioned. Their after sale services were very good, but we could have used a more detailed reference guide to our technical personnel.

Their team spent significant time understanding our existing systems, user pain points, and integration needs with ERPs such as Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, and Xero. Once the requirements were finalized, they designed and developed the Pluto mobile app to replicate the depth of our web platform while ensuring simplicity on mobile devices. The project deliverables included UI/UX design, front-end and back-end mobile development, third-party integration, testing, and deployment. One of the most notable aspects of their approach was the emphasis on real-world usability. For instance, they developed intuitive features allowing employees to instantly upload and categorize receipts, automate invoice approvals, and request corporate cards—all within a few taps. They also created a secure one-click sync system that flawlessly aligned with our ERP integrations, ensuring that all transactions flowed automatically without manual intervention.
