Please describe your company and your position there.

I was a manager of American Medical Debt Relief Foundation, looking to help our nonprofit organization build a new website to attract potential donors. Our mission is to relieve medical debt for families in need and with financial burdens.

For what projects/services did your company hire Nimaroh, and what were your goals?

We hired Nimaroh looking to get a new website built to generally help with donor outreach and rebranding. Our goal was to launch the new website within a few months of initiation of the engagement.

How did you select Nimaroh and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Nimaroh due to their pricing and value provided. We saw a great opportunity to partner on this next step of our non profit organization and we were certainly happy with the results.

We had a kick-off meeting and multiple check-ins over the course of a few months. We were able to manage effective timelines to see the overall progress of the website development across the engagement.

We worked with 3-4 people from the Nimaroh team — help from developers, marketing strategists, and overall leadership to get input on the direction of our website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were more than satisfied with the deliverables — well received by our organization’s leadership team as well.

They are very good at communicating with us — used slack and email as primary forms of contact.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took a different approach in building relationships with our organization as opposed to simply viewing the project as a contract. We felt like they cared about the end goal of the product as much as we did.
