Nimara Ventures is a Jaipur-based engineering team that builds AI copilots for fintech and data-complex products, the kind that actually survive contact with real users and real compliance rules. Founded by Nikhil Gupta, who spent 20 years writing production code before this, our approach centers on things most AI teams skip: approval gates before an agent takes action, a full audit trail of what it did, and the ability to undo it if something goes wrong. We've built systems like an agentic recruiting copilot for Wanderly and shipped AI work inside a legacy stack for Lunchbox over 3+ years.
