Nim Technologies was tasked with designing and developing a complete digital solution tailored to our consultancy and operational workflow. The scope included understanding our existing processes, identifying gaps, and building a custom system that centralizes enquiries, client management, appointments, documentation, and communication.

The project covered end-to-end development from requirement gathering and UI/UX design to software development, testing, deployment, and staff onboarding.
