We've been working with them for over three years.

Starting with small social media campaigns. These have become increasingly successful so they manage all our campaigns and website.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The owner oversees all projects and is my main point of contact. 2 or 3 of the agency team also liaise with me and my team to develop the detail of every campaign.

Increasing growth in sales and increasing attendance at our hosted virtual events.

Very effective and smooth workflow, early planning by the agency, combined with good use of systems and a prompt response from MY TEAM ensure we achieve our joint deadlines without stress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're thorough, quick to respond, use systems that are client-friendly and easy to use. They have a good understanding of social media and steered us in the right direction, so we do not waste our marketing spend.
