Our Story

nFlo has operated from Warsaw since 2015, working with organisations where downtime or a breach carries regulatory consequences as well as commercial ones: hospitals, local government, water utilities, finance and manufacturing. One team covers the whole arc — finding weaknesses, proving compliance under NIS2, DORA and ISO 27001, and running the systems day to day. The people who find a problem are the people who close it.

What Sets Us Apart

Offence and defence in one team

The engineers who run your SOC and rebuild your infrastructure are the same ones who tested it. Findings do not cross a commercial boundary to someone who never saw the system — they go to the people who will fix it and then operate it.

Polish regulation, not generic compliance

NIS2 and the Polish Cybersecurity Act land differently by sector. We run dedicated readiness programmes for hospitals, local government and water utilities, plus DORA for financial entities and ISO 27001, 27005 and 31000 where certification is the goal.

IT and OT under one roof

Most providers stop at the office network. We also audit and secure industrial control systems — OT architecture reviews, risk assessments and ICS security audits — which is where manufacturing and utility clients carry their real exposure.

Yes. GDPR applies to every engagement we run in the EU and is covered by contract and a data processing agreement, not treated as an add-on. Beyond GDPR, most of our work is itself regulatory. We deliver readiness and compliance programmes for NIS2 and the Polish Cybersecurity Act (uKSC), DORA for financial entities, and ISO 27001, ISO 27005 and ISO 31000 where certification or a formal risk framework is the goal. Sector-specific programmes exist for hospitals, local government and water utilities, whose obligations differ from the general regime. HIPAA is a US framework and does not apply to our Polish and EU client base. The equivalent obligations our healthcare clients carry come from NIS2, the uKSC and Polish medical data law. nFlo is registered as NFLO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, KRS 0000574966, NIP 5272744409, REGON 362472856.

Four kinds of work, roughly in the order clients come to us. Regulatory deadlines — NIS2 and uKSC readiness, DORA gap analysis, ISO 27001 certification programmes. Usually driven by a date someone else set. Security assessment — penetration testing of web applications and infrastructure, Active Directory audits, OT/ICS environment reviews, CIS and ISA benchmarks, OSINT reconnaissance, tabletop exercises. Operations we run or co-run — SOC and NOC services, incident response, vulnerability management, network and container security, and protection of cloud environments. Infrastructure projects — AWS and hybrid cloud architecture, backup and disaster recovery, enterprise storage, IBM i, infrastructure automation, and AI/GenAI readiness assessments. We fit best where the environment is regulated and downtime has consequences beyond the commercial ones. We are a poor fit for one-off commodity work with no follow-up.

Assessments end in a written report, not a scanner dump: findings ranked by exploitability and business impact, each with a concrete remediation step. We walk the report through with the technical team and, where useful, separately with management — the two audiences need different things from the same findings. Compliance programmes report against the framework itself: a gap register mapped to the specific articles or controls, with owners and status, so an auditor can follow the trail. For ongoing operations, the reporting cadence and escalation path are agreed during onboarding rather than improvised during the first incident. We work in Polish and English.
