I’m the founder of Participation, a contemporary sportswear brand providing apparel, accessories, and equipment designed for running enthusiasts who value both performance and style.

What challenge were you trying to address with NextSmartShip?

We needed help with our logistics to relieve my operational stress, as fulfillment is time-consuming and repetitive.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NextSmartShip provides effective fulfillment and third-party logistics (3PL) services. The team handles our inventory storage, order packing, and shipping.

We work with one teammate from NextSmartShip.

How did you come to work with NextSmartShip?

We found NextSmartShip through a YouTube ad. We chose them over other options because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with NextSmartShip in July 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since partnering with NextSmartShip, we've scaled from 30 orders a month to close to 500 orders a month. Our error rate has also gone down, although we haven't tracked it specifically.

How did NextSmartShip perform from a project management standpoint?

NextSmartShip delivers on time. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by NextSmartShip's network of places where they can ship to.

Are there any areas they could improve?

NextSmartShip's website could be more mobile-friendly so we can handle more tasks on the move. I also wish their email notification could be formatted better for easier understanding.
