I’m the founder of an SEO services company. We provide digital marketing services to our clients. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Nexta Link?

We wanted to outsource our SEO services, so we hired Nexta. For context, we were having difficulties finding good SEO talent to work for us, and we couldn’t deliver the services that our clients needed from us. That was when we decided to hire Nexta.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nexta provides SEO services to our clients on our behalf. We have about 10–15 clients, and they provide services to five of them. They handle everything related to SEO strategies. They’ve also done site audits and on- and off-page SEO. 

What is the team composition?

Pankaj (Owner) manages the whole team and comes to our meetings. 

How did you come to work with Nexta Link?

A client of mine worked with Nexta. I asked him about his experience with Nexta, and he said they provided great SEO services. That client also needed PPC services, which Nexta didn’t provide so he went to our firm. From there, I talked to Pankaj about their services and started our engagement. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $30,000–$40,000 in their services. We have a 12-month contract with Nexta, and we pay them $4,000 per month. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I started doing business with them in August 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

To measure success, Nexta shares screenshots with us about their performance in terms of each client. We also conduct calls every seven days about what they’re doing and what they’re planning to do. In terms of quantitative metrics, our clients have gained 300% more traffic than before; they have about 1,200 visitors per month. 

How did Nexta Link perform from a project management standpoint?

Nexta is mostly on time. If there are holidays, they do get late 1–2 times. Otherwise, they have a good team that can manage themselves independently. They also deliver according to our budget.  

In terms of tools, they use AgencyAnalytics, which is an SEO dashboard. We’ve also shared our Ahrefs account with them, and they use it to manage our SEO projects. In terms of communication, we don’t interact daily. They simply send us reports that we check and approve. After 15 days, we conduct follow-ups via emails or WhatsApp. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive thing about Nexta is their team. We’ve hired some of the best SEO talent and teams, and we've paid them thousands of dollars. However, they’re unable to deliver the work that we need. After hiring Nexta, I no longer have to worry about our SEO-related deliverables. I can instead focus on managing my team and our PPC campaigns; I can spend time with clients and expand my business further. 

Overall, in terms of handling projects, they have nothing to improve — they have a seamless process. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nexta should hire more people.
