The scope was to develop an App that allows Clients and would-be clients to use the app to book a ride with Care Ride, Know the costs of the ride and have an ongoing relationship through the App.
The app had also to be secure and for clients to be able to login without having to remember a password.

The success of the Care Ride Melbourne project will be measured through improvements in booking efficiency, customer experience, service reliability, and business growth.

Vishal was always accessible and delivered when he promised. Some issues of understanding on our part were always addressed, on time and satisfied our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

work was completed  on time and revisions were no problem. Vishal was always approachable and professional in his work. We are yet to fully utilise the App as many of our clients are elderly but we are encouraging their children to familiarise their parents on the efficiency of using an App for booking.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nexon Software could have done differently?

No we are happy with the results we were given and the standard of the App.
