Let me tell you something uncomfortable: your website is probably turning away customers as we speak. Not because it's ugly. Because of three things you'd never notice yourself.

I do this test: I open a homepage and count to five. If I can't tell what the business does and who it's for — fail. "Welcome to our website" tells me nothing. "We build websites for dentists in Texas" tells me everything. Boring beats clever. Every time.

Your site lists services... and then nothing. No "get a free quote" button staring at them. No phone number in the header. No simple form. People don't hunt for contact info — if it's not obvious, they just leave and call your competitor.
