I’m the CTO of Tuftara Home LLC, an e-commerce company that sells luxurious artisan hand-tufted wool rugs.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nexdewtech?

We needed help with website and e-commerce development, digital marketing, and technology support to strengthen our online presence, improve e-commerce functionality, attract and engage customers through digital marketing, and provide ongoing technical support to support business growth.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nexdewtech has handled the end-to-end digital and e-commerce requirements for our rug business. The team has developed and optimized our Shopify website, set up products and collections, created content and SEO strategies, improved e-commerce functionality, managed Google and social media advertising, and provided ongoing technical support.Key deliverables include a fully optimized Shopify storefront, product and collection pages, SEO improvements, marketing campaigns, analytics and tracking setup, and continuous website maintenance and optimization. Nexdewtech has also integrated third-party tools and tracking systems.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Nexdewtech has improved our Shopify e-commerce experience, online visibility, website performance, and customer engagement. The team has optimized the presentation and design of many of our hand-tufted wool rug products, including product images, layouts, and product pages, to create a more appealing shopping experience. Nexdewtech has also improved the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns and increased qualified website traffic.We launched our website in August 2026, so it’s still too early to provide meaningful long-term performance metrics. However, the initial response has been very positive, with encouraging customer engagement and interest in our hand-tufted wool rug products. We’re currently tracking website traffic, customer engagement, conversions, and sales to measure growth as the site gains more traction.
