What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

NexDevTech delivered a working MVP eForm Constructor within short timeline and within limited budget. The new system replaces the legacy platform with a modern, maintainable low-code solution that the team can operate without deep technical knowledge now. Progress was continuously visible — we saw working software at each milestone, not just status updates. The use of their Disciplined AI-Driven Development methodology was a tangible factor in hitting the timeline without sacrificing the quality of core features.

Project management was structured and transparent. We always had a clear picture of what was in progress, what was coming next, and where our input was needed. Two things stood out. First, their ability to translate a complex, ambiguous legacy modernization challenge into a clearly scoped and executable MVP plan — fast. They didn't wait to be told what to do; they came with a structured approach and drove it. Second, the AI agent they deployed to navigate the legacy system was a genuinely practical and forward-thinking move that saved real time for both the development team and the internal stakeholders. It reflected exactly the kind of AI-augmented thinking they market, put into actual practice.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NexDevTech LLC could have done differently?

The engagement was strong overall. If anything, onboarding into the legacy system's complexity took slightly longer than anticipated at the outset — but this was expected given the state of the existing documentation and is something they actively addressed with the AI agent deployment. We have no concerns and would work with NexDevTech again.

The project was broken down into clear phases, starting with deep documentation and UX work, then moving into structured development milestones. Thanks to the use of Disciplined AI-Driven Development, we achieved the necessary high-quality standards faster and cheaper than anticipated. We had regular demos and reviews, so progress was always visible and tangible. This wasn’t slideware. We saw working software throughout the process.
