• I hired NexDevTech to build a complete IoT solution that allows to remotely manage media in office meeting rooms. This included developing the back-end infrastructure and native mobile applications for both iOS and Android. We needed a comprehensive, reliable system to replace manual media configuration, requiring expertise in IoT, back-end scalability. The project was broken down into clear phases, starting with deep documentation and UX work, then moving into structured development milestones. Thanks to the use of Disciplined AI-Driven Development, we achieved the necessary high-quality standards faster and cheaper than anticipated. We had regular demos and reviews, so progress was always visible and tangible. This wasn’t slideware. We saw working software throughout the process.
