The Realtors introduced a shared listing concept while playing an operating role in professionally developing its members and in their professional reputation. The Association believes in following a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice to ensure a quality service.

This project consists of the development of a cloud-hosted automated platform that selectively imports MLS system data through RETS for quality assurance evaluation. The platform would be exclusively accessed by approved Association users to observe and review infraction records, extract reports, and adjust notifications.

To develop a responsive web application Newwave Solutions' developers needed to create a system to import MLS source data, check against the available rules, and save records in case of rule violations implemented by RETS. The MLS system data is then audited and processed by approved users. Some infractions push out automatic notifications, where some may require further review.

All infractions are displayed for users to make adjustments, and at that point, email notifications that run from a web portal are sent to the associated parties where staff users can manage the notification services accordingly. Admin users have access to create new profiles, update details, and remove existing users. Additionally, infractions and notifications are also recorded and archived in a continuously growing database.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Realtors was fascinated by not only our scalability with development, but also Newwave Solution’s developers created the web design user interface while completing development. Key benefits after their solution was deployed included freeing up staff time with automated processes and upgraded optimized analytics.

Our real estate software development solutions encompass the entire real estate industry. Newwave provides solutions for real estate management software, property management software, and HOA management systems, as well as real estate valuation RETS, IDX, and MLS platforms.

The finished app provides comprehensive HR management and significantly increased scalability and flexibility. to their existing IT Infrastructure. The new and improved Logistics Management application allows Realtors to scale towards future high-level modifications, including sales process automation and a cost-effective solution for PCI compliance.

Realtors wanted to further diversify and optimize their core business processes with automation.

From there, we went into the build phase. Subsequently, we entered the launch phase, and now, we're in the post-launch phase, where they are working on bugs and adjusting details. We hope to continue our partnership with Newwave Solutions in a digital growth phase.

We have seen the number of form submissions and conversion rates increase, which we couldn't do before. Now, we have a better way to measure the success in our campaigns because we can see the traffic on the site and the conversion rate. We can see if the leads become actual patients in the back end. Compared to our previous website, our new one is significantly different and better.

The team is excellent at communication to ensure that everything is moving forward smoothly. The team performs well and has sound systems in place. We also have a standing meeting where we call the project manager assigned to us. In addition, we discuss specific project parts or attend to issues in various other conferences.

Highly service-oriented and knowledgeable about UI is one of the most our impressions about Newwave Solutions. From the design and wire-frames we provided, Newwave Solutions was able to do more than we expected.

Users can see data like the duration and quality of their sleep- The app can give users personalized recommendations for when to go to bed and wake up- The app owner can collect a large amount of anonymous data about users' nightly sleeping habits so that they can analyze data and enhance algorithms to make better suggestions.

I knew Newwave Solutions by reputation but I’d never worked with them before. We were looking for an experienced team with knowledge of agile development, product design sprints, design processes, and lean startup methodologies.

After interviewing options ranging from freelancers and coding startups to more established companies, we chose Newwave Solutions because of their understanding of our vision and how excited they were to share their ideas with us. Though theirs was not the most affordable offer, we were swayed by their expertise and professionalism.

They covered almost analyzing, management and development phases. Technologies used are Mobile/Android/iOS- Programming with programing languages: Swift / Kotlin - Framework: ReactiveX / Realm.io A connection must be maintained between the app and the internal iOS/Android device sensors, which helps collect data seamlessly. The algorithm used in the source code must ensure good performance while dealing with large volumes of data sent from the sensors.

Therefore, the development team has combined many methods such as using internal services as well as services provided by third parties. To optimize the algorithm, the development team has used profiling tools.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Before working with Newwave Solutions, all we had was an idea paired with a lot of documentation and research. Now, we have a working system that’s been thoroughly tested and is ready for use by real customers. They’ve helped us develop a real product. Our goal was to have a working solutions that could handle real customers, even if the functionality was limited, so we couldn't accept an solutions that wasn’t working.

They ended up doing great work but it cost us both. We sacrificed several months we’d set aside for beta testing and lost potential revenue from not having the product in the market, which we could've used to develop improvements.

They initially underestimated the backend work required for the project, which led to the developer being overwhelmed. This also caused us to utilize resources that we didn’t budget for for an extended period of time. They then brought in an engagement lead to manage the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The executed Agile methodology well and displayed considerable skill with management tools like Jira (agile management software), and Slack. They have professional, experienced developers and a great design aesthetic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

From my perspective, they focus more on designing the frontend (UX) and minimize the backend engines that need to be built to support the product.

Newwave Solutions develop the app with State Management / Firebase ML / AWS Marketplace API / Keepa API / Big Data technologies. They collected and analyzed the marketplace's rules, then developed a platform to automatically warn sellers when their listings may violate the rules.

Besides, the development team researched Amazon API Gateway works to understand deeply how to scan bar code quickly and accurately. They also researched other similar apps to find a way to improve bar code scanning and reading speed.

The team was solid in terms of researching different technical fields. They have wide expertise in technical approaches and AWS. Every team member quickly dived into the project and professionally addressed the client's needs. The workflow is always well-organised. We still work with them in other projects.
