There are so many tracking product platforms available in the industry today. We wanted to launch a platform that focuses more on UX and delivers the best experience to the clients. Initially, we discussed our idea with the Business Analysts team of Newwave Solutions. They understood our idea and prepared a Scope of work document for our projects with the contract signed by us and Mr. David (CEO & Founder) that states both parties agreed to work on the mentioned requirements. 

After the first step completed, they assigned us a project manager who was our point of communication and handled all stages of development. They started with website and app design, and they sent us a prototype of the app for app flow approval. Then they moved to the development stage and started work on Android and iOS native apps, custom Salesforce platform, and website. 

They sent us a beta version of every deliverable to check, and as per the feedback they made multiple revisions to deliver bug-free platforms.

"Our project began with a kick-off meeting with our primary internal contacts for the project. The Newwave Solutions team defined their team, and what their parts were and provided us with an outlining the entire project, including dates, so we could see exactly what was going to be done and when. Their team obtained the deadlines assigned to us as they committed.

Newwave Solutions also set up weekly calls, so we always had a chance to ask questions, clarify needs, etc. Our assigned project manager was also very responsive regarding any inquiries we sent via email; we never waited more than 24 business hours to get a response. Throughout the process, we use Trello to discuss feedback and track tasks.

With this project, we divided into 2 phases:

- An initial strategy phase, including multiple work sessions, to understand our agency and goals for the new site, how to reflect it better, and use a combination of JavaScript, Python, and Solidity development to create a community-building platform.

- A second phase during which Newwave Solutions developed several key page design concepts for our review and reaction. After we had agreed and perfected the overall look and feel of the site, the Newwave Solutions team began to develop the pages. Newwave Solutions's main focus was an application that people can use to register, learn and talk to native people. I had many resources needed to have on the app. We divided the project into three phases: business analysis, development, and user acceptance testing. The business analysis took place internally, but Newwvave Solutions reviewed my work for any gaps.

Once that was complete, I sent them all the functionalities and designs I wanted to include. It is quite problematic that the user can download all the content for offline work, yet the team managed to do it in the end. It took a while and much effort for that specific functionality.
