Our iOS App Store rating has increased from two and a half stars to nearly four stars. Within a week after the app's release, Newwave released two upgrades, fixing a few small flaws. They have put a great deal of effort into learning about the strict iOS regulations pertaining to streaming apps. The Newwave team is working on ways to reduce data for our consumers, and we use the input we've received to learn more about data. Reviews indicate that we have developed a more dependable stream, and our ad impressions have increased. We spend nearly twice as much time on the app as we did previously. Even though those users are coming in twice a day, we are receiving close to six minutes per user per session. As a result, each user is giving us somewhere between 12 and 15 minutes each day, which is significantly more than we were previously receiving.

We engaged Newwave to develop a comprehensive custom warehouse management application. Designing and creating an app that could monitor items entering and leaving the warehouse, control stock levels, and drastically lower inventory management errors was part of the job scope. Both an order management system and a comprehensive barcode scanning system were created to facilitate order selection, package preparation, and delivery procedures.

Additionally, it had to be able to execute in real time and comprehensively by obtaining data reports on inventory counts or even the status of service delivery. Additionally, Newwave concentrated on developing an intuitive user interface for our staff so they could quickly become accustomed to it while implementing this new software program.

After discussing a few options with us, the team guided our decision to build the entire front-end and back-end in React Native for both iOS and Android, which seemed to be the most cost-effective solution that would be easy to maintain. In addition to the development, they designed the interface using our logo and brand book. The app launched about a month ago, but they still support and maintain it. We began the process with a discovery phase to scope out the budget and various aspects of their work, which gave us the opportunity to evaluate workflows and documentation.

Our internal staff was pleased with the app within the first week of its release. Early success indicators show that both our revenue and user metrics are increasing and trending to the right. It's also too early to tell because we've just been up for a week and a half.

However, the app is more practical. It allows users to play games and earn additional sweepstakes entries. The artwork is entertaining, the retention rates are good, and everything is appropriate for our target audience. 

At the time, my consultant who was assisting me expressed his admiration for the amount of progress we had made financially with the app.
