The project included detailed discussions for several days where they led us through a systematic querying exercise to identify the key ideas and feature sets. They challenged us in many areas and enhanced our thinking in other areas, acting almost as co-founders. These discussions were them encapsulated in various deliverables and provided to us in a form and manner allowing us to proceed to the next stage.

During the discussions, we identified the need to test a key set of technologies, and they offered their software development services for the same. The scope of their work is from system design to deployment. In design step they gave use some beneficial suggestion about the architect. they also setup the Cloud infrastructure base on AWS that's working smoothly until now. To build our high performance concurrent system they used MERN stack( MongoDb, Express ,React, Nodejs)

Our overall approach included a regularly scheduled meeting that’s supplemented by 24/7 support availability. We had biweekly stand-up meetings with them to discuss project updates. We also communicated via Jira, phone, and email whenever necessary. They’re extremely responsive.

Newwave Solutions provides software program management, development & testing resources for us. Although it is an outsourced relationship with them, we connect them regularly, and they feel like part of our organization.

We already had some of the interfaces for the project when we started working with them, and we provided that as documentation to jumpstart the project —we have a collaborative process with them, so we’re both learning along the way. In terms of functionalities, we requested integrating a real-time Construction Management Software with Progress Tracking into a cloud-based engine, which would then output through a message engine.

This app helps owners, general contractors, and specialty contractors increase project efficiency & accountability by streamlining project communication & documentation, manages construction projects, resources and financials from planning to closeout. They also did some of the architectural design for the platform.

In this project, we have 10 members working: a project manager, 4 developers, 3 testers and 2 comtors. We worked with Ms.Men, Ms.Hoa, Ms.Yen, Mr.Hieu, Mr.Minh,…and all of them were very enthusiastic and easy to talk with.

Users' feedback is very positve. Newwave Solutions met all of our requirements and was able to deliver the tasks given to them. Not only did the team impress us with their skills, they also made the collaboration more delightful with their eagerness to deeply understand every side of our project.

The quality of work has been very good, we saw remarkable traffic in the sites. Users sign up for newsletter, events and registration to our network. NWS reacted quickly to any bugs we identified and provide constant support during the deploy of website

There's a tremendous amount of paperwork in our industry. Every time a driver goes to a terminal, which could be up to 8 times a day, he gets a BOL (bill of lading) for every load. We also try to keep track of where our driver is throughout the day. We had a proprietary software that was written in a much older PHP code. It's extremely slow and has a lot of limitations. It won’t be able to handle our workload in about 12 months.

We did an online search and considered four companies. We chose Newwave Solutions because their presentation was very professional, and they really listened to what I had to say.

They started by looking at our existing code in order to determine how they can improve our speed. Our main dispatch page monitors every driver, truck, and load that we deliver. Every time we made a change on that page, it took a very long time to reload. They've been able to write the code so that items are refreshed on the page on an individual basis, which speeds things up considerably.

This software does everything for us: assigns loads to the drivers, pays the drivers, and has a database for all the stations or customers we service. It's a clearinghouse for all of those services in one place. There’s also a mobile application. Every driver is issued an iPad and they communicate on it through a web-based portal. The goal is to have everything as close to real-time as possible.

I primarily deal with Trung (DIV2 Manager) as the leader. I felt it was important to just have one contact. He then sends out the work orders to a group of 5–7 coders that are working on my program. The CEO (David) also regularly checks in throughout the process.

It's all built, but there's a couple of things on my end holding up the completion of the mobile app. Once it’s implemented, it's going to cut down on the amount of hours my dispatchers have to spend using the software by at least 40%. That's huge. I’m really excited about all of the additional features that they were able to give me that I currently don't have. Their solution is going to give us the ability to manage our operations in real-time, which is very important.

The project manager communicates efficiently over Slack, call, or text. The CEO made himself open to help in any way possible. He’s invested in the development of this project, wanting to ensure a professional end product.

The team was very cooperative and followed the defined sprint plan without going astray. They were true to their estimation which was provided to the client before the start of the project. They completed the development and handed over the code in a timely manner. Their initial estimation matched their actual effort on the project. Their coding standards were pretty clean and there was little effort needed for refactoring.

We used Slack for daily communication. In terms of project management, the team collaborated with our Business Analyst Ridhi to track the progress of the project via the Jira board. Timelines were met with no delay in spite of certain change requests that happened during the execution of the project.

The Flutter developer from NWS is really talented and we are pleased with his work ethic: proactive, direct, and goal-oriented.

Communication skills could be a little better for the developers. This was not the case with the Tech Lead who has been able to communicate accurately with us.
