How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Creating strong brand awareness was one of the most important factor and they did it.

They have delivered all reports on time, suggestions releated to changes in the site from UX and UI aspects. For Adwords, i don't know much more instead of results, but it also performed well.

They assigned a dedicated and a knowledgeable SEO manager along with the 4 juniors who are in to Adwords, SEO, SMO and Linkbuilding team.

Since implementing SEO, just in 6 months we have started ranking on many keywords which actually leads for quality calls and enquiries as well.
