We hired New Look Entertainment to create and design a website for an exclusive project in Podgorica. We had specific requirements regarding the mapping of the property and the design. In addition, we hired them to create and manage social media campaigns for the sale of real estate.

Tasks wer completed on agreed time

Budget was well planned

I had some additional requests and it was implemented even not agreed on the begining of project. 

When the web site was published, we had many visits, and positive reactions on it.

They had good time management, and waited for my materials, but tried to cope with it. 

I had good communication with their staff and got their attention when needed.

It is that they have people who work for them, and they are reliable for me in that aspect comparing to companies that I hired before. My experience was telling me that in this sector companies are dependent on specialized profesionalls who might be actually big problem for the projects if not awailable and not devoted and not having enough time.

We began our collaboration in September 2020, and communication was excellent from the start. We already had a design and content prepared for the website, agreed on the development timeline, and they respected both our wishes and deadlines.

There were some very complex requirements from our side, such as three types of calculators for estimating private pensions for potential and existing fund members. We appreciate their expertise, patience and understanding in bringing our vision to life.

The website went live at the end of December 2020, and NLE has been maintaining it ever since. We are currently working with them again to create a new, more modern website, and we’ll leave another review once the project is completed. :)

More website visits, more users accessing via mobile than desktop and positive user feedback on the design and content.

New Look Entertainment doo delivered on time and responded well to our needs. Our timeline was six months, and they reached the deadline. For us, quality was more important than speed. The team was creative and capable of understanding difficult tasks. We had too many inputs and changes, which took a lot of the agency's time, but we managed to finish everything smoothly. The team handled the changes and inputs with understanding. Communication was great, and we used email and Teams meetings.
