Please describe your company and your position there.

Outsource Institute of Technology is a fully Australian-owned Registered Training Organisation (RTO), based in Queensland. We have been in operation for over 20 years and provide our services nationwide. We specialise in the training and assessment of nationally accredited and non-accredited business and engineering programs ranging from Certificate II to Advanced Diploma. Our customised engineering advanced trade qualifications are aimed at upskilling workforces and individuals to enable them to be formally recognised within their chosen industry, nationally or globally. My role within Outsource Institute, is as their Marketing Director

We hired Clutcher to assist with developing and implementing our Digital Marketing strategies

To re-spark google ad words campaigns, start paid advertising on social media, recommence Facebook re-targeting.

We selected Clutcher based on a word of mouth recommendation from our Director and our Compliance Officer.

Clutcher were employed to expand our digital marketing strategy and implement the desired strategies.

What was the team composition?

Clutcher appointed Waheed to work with myself, the Marketing Director, our Marketing Officer and external web developers and conversion rate optimisers. Waheed also worked with our sales team and Executive Leadership Team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now received approximately 10-15 leads daily, the quality is fantastic. Clutcher has opened up new client interactions that we wouldn't have found otherwise. We have increased our revenue by $1000's per month. We have also been able to measure through our enrollments a quantifiable ROI for our marketing dollars.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was seamless, Waheed worked as though he was a part of our team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The way Waheed operated as though he was a member of our team, he learnt about our business quicker than any internal employee ever has, he highlight inefficiencies at a rapid rate and delivered results that were quantifiable.
