NeuralPath is an AI engineering studio founded by former IBM researchers. Based in Southeast Europe, we turn proofs of concept into production-grade machine-learning systems within weeks.

Our 60-person team spans data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, MLOps and cloud ops on AWS, Azure and GCP. Each squad mixes data and ML engineers, DevOps and a delivery lead who reports weekly on scope and spend.

Projects start with a two-week discovery to fix KPIs and constraints, then run in fortnightly cycles. Code is version-controlled, tested and linked to a model registry; promotion requires performance, fairness and security clearance. Handover includes dashboards, runbooks and cost notes.

Compliance is built-in: encryption, audit logs and RBAC meet finance, healthcare and retail requirements. We default to open-source stacks—PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, Kubernetes, Kafka—and add managed cloud tools only when cost-effective.

Southeast-European costs support blended day rates 30–40 % below Bay-Area norms while keeping Big-Tech rigor.
