I am the Client Engagement Lead at a Technology Consultancy company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Netzila Technologies, and what were your goals?

Our client is a self start up that attempted to build their own website however, they required a more modern and improved look as their business grew. We hired Netzila Technologies to migrate the website, products and build out the new designs that we agreed upon with our client.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We previously worked with Netzila on a few other projects over the last two years so we were well aware of their skills and quality of work.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We engaged with the team to alert them of a new project, once we have finalized everything with the client, we created a video brief detailing all the tasks that need to be carried out as well as the designs for the new site. We added them to a task board so that we can keep track of the progress of the project as well and have weekly discussions on any blockers or updates that we acquired.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our main point of contact was Pawan, the Project Manager

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project is still under review, we should be launching this week but our client is very happy with the status and the outcome so far and looking forward to launch.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We communicate using Slack and Monday.com and Pawan's responses are very timely especially as we are in different timezones.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team worked very quickly to build out robust e-commerce websites and very responsive and open to changes that are made throughout the lifetime of the project. They are also very accommodating when it comes to QA and making fixes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far, I personally have no complaints about the work we receive.

I'm the head of customer success and product owner at an AI platform.

For what projects/services did your company hire Netzila Technologies, and what were your goals?

Our company analyzes visitor behavior on websites, to do this users need to insert a certain piece of code on their website. Netzila helped us develop a plugin for Shopify that does that for users without the hassle of directly editing website source code.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for an experienced agency that had delivered successful Shopify projects before, Netzila seemed like a perfect match with over 600 successful projects.

After our kick-off meeting, they got right off to work, first implementing the code insertion to the website but after our first submission to Shopify for review, we found out that we need to integrate our payment system with Shopify billing. We're currently working on that.

I worked with Pawan, their project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project is still under review by Shopify, but our users are very excited about the launch.

We maintain daily communication over email and Slack. They're always prepared to jump on a call with our project manager or our development team to answer any and all questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their flexibility has been impressive. During the project, we ran into many new requirements by the Shopify team and they helped us comply with all of them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, everything was fine.
