We operate as a single provider across managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and AI governance. Our clients are NZ businesses with 10 to 200 staff — typically without a dedicated internal IT team, or with a small one that needs specialist backup. Industries we work with include legal, finance, insurance, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, professional services, and hospitality.

Our cybersecurity capability is deeper than most managed IT providers. NSP has an in-house Security Operations Centre, a CISSP-qualified CISO with 20-plus years of experience, and a full suite of cybersecurity services including penetration testing, cyber security assessments, vCISO strategy services, MDR, tabletop exercises, and cyber insurance readiness assessments.

Our managed IT services include 24/7 monitoring, helpdesk support, endpoint management, Microsoft 365 management, backup and recovery, and strategic IT advisory. Cloud services cover Microsoft Azure migration and management, Microsoft 365 deployment, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. We are a Microsoft-certified partner and an authorised reseller of Lenovo, Dell, HP, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks.
