What challenges were you trying to address with NetW Consulting?

We needed their help in developing our mobile application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NetW Consulting helped us build an Android- and iOS-friendly mobile app that served as a boarding control and digital ticketing system for our buses. Apart from integrating an SMS trip notification system into the platform, NetW Consulting also incorporated a QR code generator that enables our customers to access their tickets through their mobile phones.

We worked with about 3–4 resources from their team.

NetW Consulting was referred to us, and we hired them to lead previous development-related projects. We were pleased with the quality of their services, so we decided to collaborate with them again.

The project ran from September 2020–February 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've secured about 70 points of sales so far, and half of those have already adopted our new digital platform made possible by NetW Consulting. We also issued multiple tickets through the system without encountering any issues. Overall, we were satisfied with the app's quality, and we plan to tap NetW Consulting again to integrate new functionalities into it.

How did NetW Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicated via WhatsApp because of the COVID-19 restrictions. NetW Consulting had systematic methodologies, which proved their reliable project management skills.

What did you find most impressive about them?

NetW Consulting put a lot of effort and assigned dedicated resources to ensure our project's success.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We added minor improvements to the app prior to its go-live.
