NetTel USA, Inc. is a centralized, single office operation. Our 15,000 sq. ft. facility accommodates 125 workstations to better serve our customers. This has allowed us to maintain a level of internal control that simply cannot be achieved by larger multi-site organizations. Because a centralized operation is more cost effective, we are able to invest a greater portion of our revenues back into training, more hands-on management, and better communication tools. Our relationship with our sister company, Sunrise Credit Services, Inc. also allows for massive growth on very short notice should that be a need. The bottom line is that our organization is structured to serve both small and large customer contact projects. OUR FOCUS IS YOU.
