When we launch the website, we are getting very little traffic on the website as there are already much technical news websites available in the market so we need to be different from others for getting a good ranking.

When I have connected with Nettechnocrats, we are getting few hundred visitors on the website initially and Nettechnocrats come with custom SEO, SEM, SMO plan for our website. After 3-4 months, we have seen positive outcomes from our website. Our keywords are starting on #1 page of search and traffic is also improved.

Within 4 months, we have completed the website and mobile app successfully which is little bit delay but the quality of final project was very good so I am very happy with the team. Currently, we are doing some changes on the system and again I have hired the team.

Team Nettechnocrats was very keen to work and we have mutually agreed to do a call in the starting and ending of the week and also do a call in between the week so make everything clear. Deadlines were quite challenging and not kept. Some times during this project, communication was lacking and no feedback/answer provided. No problem with time or language Trello is used now for SEO

They made adaptions from PHP framework to make it as userfriendly for us as possible. Everything is now on our old server and works quite well

We are thoroughly impressed by the support we got from Nettechnocrats. As we experienced some delays in the timelines, we found them to be thoroughly professional and very supportive throughout to deliver a great product experience.

It was great. We were able to communicate over various mediums to make sure the communication is swift and clear.

We really like the response time, professionalism, and approach in terms of customer satisfaction.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I'd really want them to understand the requirements of the project at a very early stage, and deliver on that. At times, we did consider that the team didn't understand our requirements well, resulting in going a lot of back and forth to get things correctly. Also, the testing team has a lot to improve. We experienced a lot of bugs and issues with our app, and it took us a lot of time to fix those. For this, the testers have to be on top of their game to diagnose the issues and fix those.

Yes, we have successfully delivered our project within the estimated time frame. I am vert impressed with their work and also hire them for future enhancement.

They have very good internal rating system for every resource that puts a bit of pressure on developers to maintain quality and ensure that every task is addressed. We use Basecamp, Skype, and email to communicate and trace the development process.

Nettechnocrats is quick to provide a solution rather than focus on the problem. They don’t waste any time turning around problems. If I don’t know what to do, they give suggestions to choose from. They’ve also been available at all times to work through issues.

After devising a strategy, the team helped make the website more responsive, which allowed users to view our site on mobile devices clearly. They cleaned up different areas of our site and made it easier to navigate. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve seen a positive increase in our search rankings overall. As an alternative service within the healthcare industry, it’s always a battle to get to the top of the search page because there’s a lot of hard-hitting competitors. These companies have the budget to run Google Ads and also employ a dedicated team to handle their needs, which we simply don’t have.

In contrast, Nettechnocrats has done astonishing things with our limited budget. They work hard and have helped us keep up to date with Google’s algorithm. Now that we know Google doesn’t rely as much on keywords and focuses more on content, they’ve helped us bridge the gap in that area as well. I highly recommend their services, and we wouldn’t be where we are without them.
