• Troubleshooting and managing data Center, Staff desktops, and office software
• Maintain the network connectivity, and continuous support on the network.
• Handle the POS & Debit/credit terminals for security updates ensuring security.
• Complete end-to-end IT support and maintenance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

NetraClouds is committed to significantly enhancing our experience by addressing key issues across various domains. To improve data center management, they will implement a comprehensive system with standardized labeling and documentation, making troubleshooting easier and faster. Workstation disruptions will be minimized through thorough analysis and necessary software and hardware upgrades, along with ongoing support and monitoring to ensure our systems perform optimally. 

For the SONIFI team, NetraClouds will establish a dedicated support system to promptly resolve internet issues and create seamless SSIDs for our weekly meetings, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. Meeting space connectivity will be enhanced through a centralized management system and a designated point of contact for Oracle updates. 

To address security concerns, NetraClouds will conduct a comprehensive audit of debit/credit and POS terminals, apply necessary updates, and establish a regular update schedule to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate risks. These initiatives demonstrate NetraClouds' commitment to delivering a superior, reliable, and secure experience for us as customers.

Netraclouds took it very professionally and they are very good at communication. Their support is available 24*7 regardless of day and time they ensure our services are running without any hassle in our operations.

Earlier they had challenges in their invoicing and ticketing, however, they have now automated this process and we are experiencing seamless transactions with them.
